Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping on all orders placed through briankekats.com. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times:

  • Domestic (within your country): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs inspections. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control.

Shipping Costs:

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
  • For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee will apply at checkout.
  • Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for an updated address, and additional shipping fees may apply.


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your watch, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All protective films and tags must be intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Please contact our support team at [email protected] before sending your return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Process:

  1. Email us with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • In the case of a faulty product, we will cover the return cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Custom or personalized watches
  • Final sale or clearance items

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be altered.
